Been stuffing myself with snacks from HK and admiring the stuff I bot...
and lounging about watching the Will and Grace DVDs.
I bought two whole seasons worth,
all original!

And I got loadsa goodies from HK! (yes.. rena.. I didn't forget your share! ;P)

yeah.... some more LAMB bags for meself too. :p

PQ and I were having a ball laughing at our uncle's friendster profile and used one of his photos as our PC's desktop...

Then somehow we got to talking about the talk of the town,
which is the SPG's website with a naked photo of herself, with the face blurred out.

The girl's from my sister's JC and in the same batch too.

We exchanged a few hoots and OMGs.
She didn't realise that this website is so publicised.
And I never knew this SPG was just a little girl born in the year 1986.

A few flips of the yearbook quickly unveiled to me the face behind the SPG.
Very average typical Singaporean girl next door.
SHOCK SHOCK HORROR HORROR.

Today, on the bus en route to town with Piao,
this middle aged guy boarded the bus,
and he had his hand wrapped up in bandages.

We overheard him say on his handphone that his fingers were fractured....
ahhh...
on closer inspection,
we noticed that his fingers were all BURNT!
all red and fucking swollen and with a sheen of oil on it.

OMG.
I was freaking out.
there he was... holding onto his hand and wincing in pain,,
and making those wheezing noises thru his mouth,
pursing his lips together...

ahhhhh
it was too PAINFUL TO WATCH!!!!
I just turned away after a while,
and saw him alight at Gleneagles.

I hope he's alright now.

Girls AND Guys (straight ones, not all gay) are encouraging each other to eat mints for meals the whole day..
to fast for a week..
to survive on liquids only...
and they post pictures of kate moss and the like and marvel over how the ribs or hip-bones jut out.

oh man.
so many things are wrong with the above paragraph,
I don't even know how to start.

Yes. Everyone knows that thin is HOT.
cellulite, cottage-cheese thighs and (heaven forbid!) hips are bad.

but since when is being medically certifiable looney a good thing!!!???

If you're naturally thin and yet you eat 3 square meals a day, by all means, you lucky sonofabitch, go on shovelling down the BIG MAC and double chicken burger and the large COKE and Large Fries you ordered. (u know who u are).

But if you're NOT naturally thin and happen to have a bit more flesh than the 'normal' severely underweight Singaporean girl clad in a size XS Black Spaghetti and a Size 24 or 25 Levi's Hipster Jeans with super THIN long straight hair;
it's not the end of the world!

fancy counting all your calories every second of the day;
or looking at someone who weighs 45kg and saying the person oughta be 39kg;
or having food regurgitate itself even before you swallow...

I've been in hibernation mode for the past week or so.
It's been bloody brilliant to just chill out and basically rot my days away.

Today... my sisters PQ and PY did the neighbourhood mall crawl after PY's hilarious dental visit.
Jurong Point and West Mall.. We were looking for some kicks.
I found a pair. And i'm buying them tomoro... hopefully.
went for a swim with the little one too.

Thank you Brian for my LAST (i hope!) LAMB bag.
The Fedex man came today but the maid wasn't at home!
Argh.
They're delivering it tomoro morning tho.
I can't wait!
