I don't ever remember having so much fun on campus before.
which is actually very sad, considering i've spent 7 semesters already, and this is my final and 8th one.

Ibu Fanny asked me if I wanted to take Bahasa 2 next sem,
and i told her there wasn't gonna be a next sem for me.
that was probably the 1st time i felt truly sad to be graduating soon.

perhaps the ppl in law are more stuffy, or maybe it's just all in my mind.
but i must say that taking 2 non-laws this sem has been the greatest eye-opener ever.
the people i meet really come in all shapes and sizes, quite literally.
It is sooooo refreshing!
I'm really experiencing campus life for the 1st time.

yes, i'm prone to exaggerating,
but trust me on this when i say that tonight would be one of the nights I look upon fondly after I graduate.

it was PROJECT nite.
we did batik, and i had to present.
maybe it was because i could dispense with the usual stuffy 'may it please the court' or legal jargon i usually have to sprout out,
i was so at ease.
no nerves nothing,
i enjoyed being in the spotlight for that 10min
haha!

and all the glorious indonesian cuisine was so ENAK!
the singing, dancing, traditional kostume dan skits were so fucken hilarious to watch.
it was creativity at its best.
who ever said that singaporeans lack creativity has never been to Bahasa Project nite.

seemingly boring looking guys suddenly developed wit and charm,
girls who looked as timid as mice managed to put up a good show.

I'd post pictures sooon if I can get my hands on them.

The fun and games almost took the pain of studying for the mid-term on monday more bearable. key word being ALMOST of course.

I highly recommend anyone who's still in NUS to take the course,
even if it's to mingle with the amiable Ibus who would offer you kueh kueh at the drop of a hat in their offices.

Gonna hit the gym downstairs in a few min.

Just thought I'd note down some stuff.

1. I wanna watch brokeback mountains again just cos it was so heartrending and I missed an important split-second scene which Brian caught. I LURVE JAKE YULLENHALL SO MUCH NOW..... altho i'm so CONVINCED he's not completely straight. go to Trent and u'll know what I mean.

2. Piao is the star employee of B.O.W. Gratitude goes out to her!

3. I wanna eat some of that swensen's ice cream later at the law careers' fair.

Do that JOHARI window thing ya'll!

I'm so tired...
4 days of bazaaring and i'm pooped to the max.
thanks to my sis PIAO and my parents and peiqi too and everyone else for comin down!

I had a massive quarrel with brian over the fone about 4 hours ago.

Because underneath all that false bravado,
and especially after seeing guys and girls all over NUS holding flowers,
the last thing i needed to know was that my boyfriend bouught roses for 2 women we both know,
and nothing for me.

anyway, my story has a happy ending.
cos the guy appeared out of nowhere with godiva chocos well over a hundred bucks, which he had bought and ordered in the morning.
and the token rose of course.

i'm such a sucker for these things. which girl ain't huh!












guilt's written all over my face, and i hope the roti john and double egg prata i just bought for him is enuff.

in the meantime, am gonna munch on some serious chocolate, I"VE NEVER HAD GODIVAs b4! ahhh..
and study for my test tmr.

i feel very undeserving.
i love ya MM.
